**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**What you’ll do**
**O365 Administration**:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Office 365 environment, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other associated services.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and maintain O365 solutions that align with business objectives.
- Manage and Coordinate Azure Entra ID, including but not limited to Conditional Access policies, Enterprise Applications, and Devices.
**Compliance Management**:
- Stay current on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to data protection, privacy, and compliance.
- Implement and enforce compliance policies, ensuring O365 configurations meet regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements.
**Security Improvement**:
- Design, implement, and maintain security measures within the Office 365 environment to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities promptly.
**Incident Response and Monitoring**:
- Collaborate with the IT security team to respond to and mitigate security incidents in a timely manner.
**User Training and Support**:
- Deliver training and support to end-users on O365 security best practices and compliance guidelines.
- Address and resolve user inquiries and issues related to compliance and security within the O365 environment.
**Who you are**
**Education and Certifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in coordinating Office 365, with a focus on compliance and security.
- In-depth knowledge of O365 security features, compliance center, and audit logs.
**Skills**:
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and their implications on O365.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
**Analytical and Problem-Solving**:
- Ability to analyze security incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
