- Good understanding and work experience in terms of managing and supporting Microsoft Teams.
- Administer and manage the Microsoft Teams Admin Portal.
- Configure and maintain Teams policies, settings, and permissions.
- Monitor Teams usage and performance and troubleshoot issues.

**Microsoft Teams (L3), M365 Exchange Online, M365 Mailbox Migration**:
**Role Purpose**

The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations
