Presales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and schedule site visits.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client interactions.
Explain project details, features, pricing, and payment plans to potential buyers.
Qualify leads based on the customer's requirements and align them with suitable properties.
Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Use CRM software to update lead status and manage communication logs.
Assist in organizing promotional events, site visits, and open house events.
Share timely reports and insights about lead quality and conversion ratio with management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Prior experience in a pre-sales or tele calling role is a plus, especially in the real estate sector.
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be proactive and possess strong follow-up skills.
