Admin and sales coordinator will report to the MD and play a vital role in KPI management, office administration, internal and external coordination, reporting, vendor management and project assistance.
- Preparation of Sales Reports (Weekly Sales, Sales Analysis, Collection and KPI Reports)
- Monitoring number of calls and number of leads per week
- Creating quotations, invoices and receipts
- Preparing monthly P&L reports
- Coordination with designers
- Project Coordination (Approvals, Artwork chasing)
- Vendor Selection and finding best prices
- Designer Onboarding

**Desired Skills**:

- Relevant Experience in admin role
- Excellent Communication Skills (English)
- Ability to coordinate with different internal departments
- Excellent reporting and analysis skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work on late shifts to work European and US clients
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to work without supervision
- Knowledge in basic accounting
- Secretarial Skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
