**Reports to**:
**Associating Departs: Sales. Product Team, Finance, SAP**

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with Sales team for sales orders, POs, invoices, and payment collections

Overall backend support to sales team

Creating E-Way bills wherever it necessary

Preparation of sales and collection reports

Responsible for store inward and outward

Inventory management

Maintain the customer data base

Payment follow-up

Ensure vendor payment in time

Vendor and customer documentation

Coordination with internal and external stakeholders like finance, sales, SAP team and vendors

Alert the Business / Sales head on collections based on the credit period

Should be a graduate

Should have minimum 3 years sales coordination, store operations and inventory handling experience

Should have the hands-on work experience in raising invoices / POs and over all invoicing and PO processes

Should be good in MS Excel
