**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage and update **Google Sheets** for data tracking and reporting.
- Oversee **process inspections** to ensure smooth workflow and quality control.
- Coordinate with **vendors and suppliers** to ensure timely deliveries and operations.
- Maintain **strong follow-up** on tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Exercise **command over people**, ensuring smooth communication and task execution.
- Assist in **data analysis and calculations** for process efficiency.
- Identify and resolve **operational challenges** with a logical and proactive approach.
- Ensure all **process documentation** is up to date and well-organized.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in computers** and data management.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Sheets** and other digital tools.
- **Analytical mindset** with excellent calculation and problem-solving skills.
- **Sharp IQ level** and ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Experience in **vendor coordination and process management**.
- Excellent **follow-up skills** to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Ability to **lead, coordinate, and communicate** effectively with teams.
- Strong attention to detail and **inspection skills**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in **operations, coordination, or process management** is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
