Architectural Designer

#### Job Summary:
The Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures that are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves working closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to specifications, on time, and within budget. The Architect will be involved in all phases of the design process, from initial concept development to final construction.

### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Planning and Design**:

- Meet with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies.
- Develop initial design concepts, including sketches, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.

2. **Technical Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate all building systems.

3. **Project Management**:

- Develop project timelines and manage schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor progress and performance throughout the design and construction phases.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction standards.

4. **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to provide guidance and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with interior designers, landscape architects, and other professionals to ensure cohesive design solutions.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed about project status and changes.

5. **Sustainability and Innovation**:

- Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into all projects.
- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials.
- Explore innovative design solutions that enhance building performance and user experience.

6. **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality control reviews of design and construction documents.
- Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and functionality.

### Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-4years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- **Licenses/Certifications**: Professional licensure as an architect (e.g., AIA, RIBA) is required.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Effective project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
