- Assure consistent compliance with delivery process
- Consolidate Delivery Work Instructions
- Evaluating system capabilities and determining user testing approach
- Creating documentation for testing purposes
- Executing user testing with a focus on end to end testing
- Coordinating testing activities with operational users
- Collaborating with Product Managers on product design and usability feedback
- Determining criteria for production release validation
- Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timelines are adhered to.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Work with the production team to resolve any issues or delays in the process.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and update records of production, inventory, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet required standards.
- Communicate with various departments (sales, marketing, etc.) to align production with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the production process.
- Review and manage production costs to maintain profitability and budget.
- Prepare reports on production performance and highlight areas for improvement.

**Requisite Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with ERP preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outsourced Contact Center management
- Must possess very strong problem solving and resolution experience
- Must have a relentless focus on execution/implementation
- Must be an excellent team player with an ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse International team
- Must have a proven track record in process improvement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
