Customer Service Coordinator

**Job Summary**
This position will be a part of the Service team responsible for maintaining and executing effective Service support function.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. Receiving the Call Centre Calls and tracking updations.
2. Preparation Activity Reports based on call receipt and closed calls to respective Service Function.& Machine Dispatches Vs Commissioning Sheet Updation.
3. Updating in CRM with the Technical Personnel instruction In Call Centre & MRN Creation in CRM Technical Personnel instruction.
4. CRM Case Assigning To Engineers In CRM with the Consolation Functional Head/Service Head.
5. Assisting Amc Offer Creation & Amc Contact updation, Labour Quotation & Order Wise Intimation Letter Preparation with instruction of Functional Head/Service Head.
6. Maintaining & Monitoring Of Training records as per the ISO procedure of Service function
7. Tracking Of O/W Calls For CV& NV Reason The Same Report Submission To Service Head And Co. Periodically & Copy To Co. On Monthly Basis.
8. Maintaining And Monitoring Of Pro-Active Visit Report Updation To Service Head At Regular Intervals.
9. Maintaining Of 90 Days CSS Report And The Same Sending To Co.
10. Principal Engineers Visit To Customer -Report Maintaing And Submitting To Co. at Regular Intervals With Copy Of Service Head.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Any Graduate
Handling the documentations
Well versed with MS office
Should be a young and energetic
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
