**JOB PROFILE: HVAC Customer Service Coordinator**

**Required Qualification: B.E/B. Tech (Mech)/Degree/Any Degree**

**Experience: +2 Years**

Ø Registration of Call Logs for Customer complaints.

Ø Scheduling the task based on the priority.

Ø Sound knowledge of AMCs and Warranty terms and processes

Ø Able to lead the team of AC Technicians

Ø Good communication skills

Ø Data entry based on the day-to-day work processes.

Ø Sound knowledge on MS Office

Ø Should be capable of working independently on self-tasks.

Ø Strong analytical skills.

Ø Problem solving abilities.

Ø Able to lead the team of AC Technician

Ø Languages preferred (English, Hindi, and Kannada)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
