The HVAC AMC Engineer is responsible for the effective and efficient maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems under Annual Maintenance Contracts. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Routine Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems covered under Annual Maintenance Contracts.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment.
- Clean and replace air filters, belts, and other components as necessary.
- **Troubleshooting and Repairs**:

- Diagnose and identify malfunctions in HVAC systems.
- Execute repairs to resolve issues and restore equipment to proper working condition.
- Coordinate with suppliers for replacement parts and materials.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to emergency calls and breakdowns.
- Analyze and rectify urgent issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports and equipment histories.
- Provide detailed reports on the condition of HVAC systems to clients.
- **Client Communication**:

- Interact professionally with clients to understand and address their concerns.
- Explain maintenance procedures and recommendations to clients.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Adhere to environmental and occupational health and safety guidelines.
- **Training and Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide training to junior technicians and support staff as needed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other maintenance and facility management teams for integrated services.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certification in HVAC systems maintenance.
- Proven experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
