**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning (AC) systems and HVAC equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.

Perform scheduled PPM to ensure the proper functioning of AC units. This includes cleaning, changing filters, lubricating moving parts, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring the overall performance of systems.

Execute service activities covered under AMCs, ensuring compliance with contract terms and providing clients with timely, high-quality service.

Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning units, addressing refrigerant leaks, electrical malfunctions, or mechanical failures. Provide troubleshooting expertise to ensure mínimal downtime of HVAC systems.

Address basic electrical tasks such as fixing wiring, replacing fuses, and ensuring electrical connections are secure. Assist with minor plumbing issues, including checking water supply lines and drainage related to HVAC systems.

Assist in upgrading or modifying existing air conditioning systems to improve efficiency or accommodate changes in client requirements.

Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines. Follow proper safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an AC Technician with knowledge of Preventative Maintenance (PPM), AMC, and minor electrical and plumbing tasks.

Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, Air Conditioning, or a related field.

Ability to handle emergency situations and perform repairs under pressure.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
