Role and Responsibilities:

- Doing at least 05-07 daily direct sales meeting with clients and updating the same in the app with photos, responsible for lead conversion.
- Mandatory minimum target to achieve 120 direct sales meeting with clients in a month.
- Collecting KYC documents, NOI and required documents of Customers getting file ready and ensuring all the other required formalities are done.
- Coordinate with BM/CM and Sourcing proper Client.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines and with provision of all legislation and local governance requirement.
- Maintaining relationship with customers.
- Doing Marketing activities and promotional campaign for generating leads.
- Acquire and maintain Mutual Fund/Insurance/Debenture/Preference Shares/NCD/CCD clients.
- Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance.
- Experience in Direct Sales sourcing. Requirements:

- Proven sales experience of 2-3 years in Mutual Fund/Insurance/Debenture/Preference Shares/NCD/CCD (mandatory).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Must have good knowledge of the Investment Plans.
- Good market segmentation knowledge.
- Great energy level and self-motivator.
- Must be a graduate/under graduate from a recognized university.
- Property required documents knowledge mandatory.
- Good command in excel and mailing.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
