As a Branch Sales Officer, You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and nurturing customer relationships, and promoting a range of banking products and services.

**Position: Branch Sales Officer**

**Department: Retail Liability Banking**

**Pay Roll: On Roll - Permanent**

**Salary: 225000/- to 450000/- per Year + Attractive Incentive**

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly and annual CASA acquisition targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive CASA growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the benefits of our banking products.
- Cross-sell relevant financial products.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Any Graduation or Post Graduation
- Proven work experience of 0 to 4 Years in the Sales and Marketing in any Domain
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Basic knowledge about the Banking Products
- Strong Negotiation Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹225,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
