Role Purpose : The purpose of the role is to have A polite, professional Customer Care Associates to work closely with other
team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, The Call Center
Assocaite may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for
each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an
accurate and efficient response.To be a successful Customer care Associate, you should be customerfocused, detail oriented,
and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
Role Title : Customer Care Associate
Expereince : Freshers(0-1 Year)
Qualification : Minimum Graduate
Industry Background : Should have worked in reputed companies in Logistics / Financial Services/ Telecom/ Pharma/ Retail, etc
or any call center experience
Customer Care Associate Key Deliverables
- Answering calls of the customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with services.
- Striving to achieve first call resolution and maintain the quality of service provided by the call center.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer feel
supported and valued.
- Remaining calm and professional while dealing with angry customers and providing them with the best solutions to
resolve their issues.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer
service.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit customer needs.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Transferring and escalating the calls to the appropriate department if needed
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Customer Care Associate Critical Competencies
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional phone
voice.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with computers,MS office.
- Strong time management and decision making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be desired preferably south
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
