**Customer Care Manager / Executive - Automobile Dealership**

**Location**: Gorwa Vadodara
**Experience**: 1-7 Years (Automobile industry preferred)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

**Complaint Resolution & Escalations**
- Address and resolve customer grievances promptly.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Sales, Service, Insurance, Finance) for quick resolutions.
- Maintain records of customer complaints and resolutions.

**Service Quality Enhancement**
- Monitor and improve customer service standards.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and implement improvements.
- Ensure dealership staff follows best practices in customer interaction.

**Loyalty & Retention Programs**
- Implement strategies to increase customer retention.
- Develop and execute customer engagement programs.
- Track and analyze customer feedback to improve loyalty programs.

**Coordination with Departments**
- Work closely with the **Sales, Service** to address customer concerns.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and commitments to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance and finance providers for seamless customer support.

**Reports & Documentation**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service quality.
- Analyze trends to suggest improvements in customer handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
