Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business and operational data to support decision-making across sales, service, spare parts, finance, and operations in the automobile sector. The role involves developing dashboards, maintaining databases, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Collect, consolidate, and maintain sales, service, inventory, and financial data from various departments (dealerships, service centers, OEM systems).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Automate reports and dashboards to reduce manual work.
  • Track KPIs like vehicle sales, test drives, service revenue, spare parts consumption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analysis & Insights
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in sales, service, and inventory.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve dealership performance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor market share, customer footfall, and conversion ratios.
  • System & Process Support
  • Manage and update CRM/DMS (Dealer Management System) and ERP tools used in the automobile industry.
  • Coordinate with IT and operations teams for smooth functioning of data systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with OEM and company standards.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Work with sales, service, accounts, and operations teams to gather inputs and validate data.
  • Share regular performance dashboards with senior management and OEM representatives.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, Power BI preferred).
  • Knowledge of automobile dealership processes (sales, service, spares, finance).
  • Good understanding of ERP/DMS/CRM systems used in the automobile sector.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle large data sets and ensure accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
