**Job Title**: Automobile Sales Trainer

**Location**: Gorwa Vadodara

**Salary**: As per Industry

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in automobile sales and training

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
- Develop and implement sales training modules tailored to the automobile industry.
- Train sales teams on customer engagement, negotiation skills, and closing deals effectively.
- Monitor and assess the performance of sales executives through training feedback and performance tracking.
- Provide hands-on coaching and role-playing exercises to improve selling techniques.
- Keep sales teams updated on the latest automotive trends, features, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales and HR teams to identify training needs and gaps.
- Ensure all team members maintain brand standards and customer service excellence.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales, preferably with training exposure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor sales staff.
- Knowledge of different automobile brands, models, and sales strategies.
- Good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and dealership operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
