
Customer Service Representative

**Job summary -**
- Excellent **written and spoken English + Hindi c**ommunication required.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, Manage incoming phone calls.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales and call handling targets.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Graduation mandatory
- 6 Days working
- Rotational Week Off
- Rotational Shift (No Cab provided)
- Fresher/Experienced.
- Language -Tamil+English, Malayalam+English, Kannada+English.
- Work Location - NSL Centrum Mall, 2nd floor, KPHB Phase 5, Opp Forum mall Lane, Hyderabad.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
