Key Responsibilities:

- Manage solar project sites, ensuring timely completion
- Oversee material management, logistics, and inventory
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective people management
- Coordinate on-site work, resolving technical issues
- Communicate with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

**Requirements**:

- B Tech/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- 2+ years of experience in solar projects
- Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills

**Salary**: Best in the industry

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Solar Projects: 2 years (preferred)
- Project engineering: 2 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (preferred)
