The business controller role is a crucial position within the Analytics and Controlling team at Wrist Ship Supply’s Global Procurement team (GP). The team is dedicated to providing up-to-date, timely, transparent and aligned reporting, as well as efficient controlling within procurement on a global scale, both regionally and across the entire branch network.

With reference to our Senior Analytics & Controlling Manager, Søren Walentin, you will become a part of our robust Global Procurement team. The position is based in Noerresundby or our Hvidovre office, both offering the possibility of hybrid working

**Business Controller** with analytics skills and strong business understanding**

As a Business Controller at Wrist Ship Supply, it is important that you have strong analytical skills. You will become a part of the Wrist BI Champions Network and it is expected that you, besides specific controlling tasks, also support the Group BI & Analytics team in development of procurement dashboards and reporting to fit business requirements.

You will be responsible for a wide range of controlling and analytics tasks within all areas of the procurement process. Besides deep dives in analytics and controlling, an import part of the role will be to communicate findings and challenge the organization and it is therefore important that you possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Conduct controlling of procurement activities e.g. negotiation outcomes and metrics across the organization.
- Deliver, optimize and automate procurement reporting.
- Execute Price development and commodity tracking analysis.
- Identify areas of improvement and support and challenge stakeholders.
- Support the procurement organization in various analytics, controlling and data mining tasks.

As a person, you are trustworthy, structured and analytic. Furthermore you are self-driven, proactive and possess a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.

**Qualifications & requirements**
Preferably, you have an educational background within Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Business Engineering or similar at a master degree level. But you can also have built your expertise through extensive experience within controlling and analytics or a combination of both. Moreover, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

- Preferable a Master Degree
- Preferable 3+ years of experience of working with controlling and analytics
- Strong analytical skills as well as competencies in PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience and knowledge within procurement will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of BI and ERP systems - Power BI and AX is an advantage
- Strong presentation and communication skills written and verbal
