**Job Description: Customer Relationship Executive**
**Criteria**: Diploma /Degree/Property Management /Hospitality
Experience
**Minimum Experience** - 3-4 years (Facility Management/ Hospitality/Aviation)
**Age bar** - 21-35 Years
**Job Responsibility**
- Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and that safety equipment is available and in good condition
- Supervising the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, including hiring contractors for major projects
- Communicating with staff members to ensure that they are aware of any issues regarding safety or security
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling employees, ordering supplies, and arranging for repairs
- Monitoring equipment and machinery to ensure that they are in good working order
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment by complying with state and federal regulations regarding environmental issues such as waste disposal and recycling
- Coordinating activities with other departments within a facility or company, including human resources and security
- Monitoring employee attendance and making sure that they are performing their jobs correctly
- Hiring and training new employees, maintaining personnel records, and resolving employee complaints
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
