**Job Brief**

We are seeking a Finance professional who will be assisting the function in treasury operations. They will also be responsible for assisting in conducting the internal audits at Mindtickle.

The Finance Executive will directly work with the Senior manager Finance to research and execute finance and audit function at Mindtickle.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the daily management of cash & debts, cash flow forecasting & Investment Management.
- Responsible for the daily banking activities, acting as the first point of contact for the bankers.
- Assisting in the development of bank relationships.
- Assisting in implementing the hedge strategies.
- Coordinating with the accounting team & supporting them with the necessary data for accounting.
- Preparing the MIS related to the treasury.
- Engaging in continuous knowledge development regarding the financial markets & economies in India & the US.
- Assisting in conducting internal audits as required, obtain, analyse and evaluate documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc., to Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant/CA Final.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with conducting internal audits.
- Good knowledge of accounting standards, auditing procedures, and policies.
- Intermediate experience using MS Office (Excel, Word etc.).
- Strong attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA (Finance).
- Working knowledge of treasury operations.
- Knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial software packages.
