**Job Description: Finance Executive at Senwell Solutions**

Position: Finance Executive
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Location: Pune, Kharadi
Availability: Immediate Joiner

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payment/receipt of invoices.
- Perform financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost control, and budget monitoring.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in tax compliance, including preparing tax returns and supporting documentation.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of finance principles, accounting practices, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional certifications such as CA/CMA/CPA or working towards them would be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
