**Role Overview**:
As a Travel Operations Intern, you will be responsible for assisting customers with both **domestic and international travel processes**. From pre-booking inquiries to post-booking support, you will ensure smooth communication, accurate information sharing, and a delightful travel experience. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about travel, customer interaction, and problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with trip details, visa guidance, booking procedures, and itinerary information
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to provide updated and accurate details
- Maintain and update customer interaction records in company databases
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings
- Provide on-ground support to clients before and during their trips
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely, professional, and solution-oriented responses

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in **Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field**:

- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi** (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of **visa processes, passports, and international travel documentation** (preferred)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in **customer service, travel operations, or ticketing** (preferred but not mandatory)
- Passion for both **domestic and international travel**:

- Knowledge of travel portals or GDS (Global Distribution System) will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
