**Role Overview**:
As the **Tour Operation Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of tours — from itinerary planning and vendor coordination to client servicing and on-ground logistics. You’ll ensure that every trip designed by Travel Xprt runs smoothly, profitably, and delightfully for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and manage **domestic and international tour operations**.
- Handle **hotel bookings, transport arrangements, sightseeing coordination, and guide services**.
- Maintain relationships with **vendors, hotels, and DMC partners** for best deals and service quality.
- Supervise the **operations team** to ensure timely confirmations, vouchers, and documentation.
- Monitor **tour budgets, costing, and profitability** of each package.
- Handle **emergency situations or on-tour issues** with quick decision-making.
- Coordinate with the **sales and reservations team** to ensure smooth communication and updates.
- Conduct **post-tour feedback analysis** and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain **accurate records and reports** on bookings, expenses, and vendor performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management** (preferred).
- **3-6 years** of experience in tour operations or travel management.
- Strong understanding of **domestic & international destinations**, hotels, and transport networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, and GDS / booking systems**.
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership qualities with experience in **team management**.
