Role: Field Sales Executive Job Description:
The Field Sales Executive for Internet Monk is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by actively engaging with potential customers in the field. They play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base, establishing strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and referrals. Actively seek out new sales opportunities in designated territories or industries to expand the customer base.

Customer Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their needs, educate them about Internet Monk's offerings, and highlight the value propositions and benefits of our products or services. Establish and nurture strong relationships to foster trust and credibility.

Sales Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing any concerns or objections they may have. Work towards closing sales by finalizing contracts and completing necessary paperwork. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversion.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support. Understand their evolving needs, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and propose tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the assigned territory. Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets. Prepare regular reports and provide insights on sales performance, trends, and challenges. Collaborate with the sales team and management to devise effective sales strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts. Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record in field sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and delivering impactful sales presentations.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- In-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries, objections, and challenges.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
