To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an **Online Bidder (Upwork / Fiverr)** to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess project requirements and client needs on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr and other bidding portals.
- Create tailored, persuasive technical and business proposals for potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal development and design teams to gather insights and craft solutions.
- Participate in virtual client meetings to understand project scope and build rapport.
- Maintain and update proposal documents, templates, and process documentation for future use.
- Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and meet bid requirements.
- Contribute to team goals and support the acquisition of new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in bidding or proposal development, preferably within the IT/software industry.
- Prior experience working on Upwork is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft bespoke proposals that align with client needs.
- Experience with RFPs, proposal writing, and working with international clients.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
