Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Bidder, located in Nagpur. The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, communicating with clients, conducting market research, and maintaining a database of current and potential clients. The role requires close collaboration with project managers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction and proposal presentations
- Analytical Skills and Research abilities for identifying business opportunities and market trends
- Proficiency in Writing for drafting proposals and other business communications
- Training and development skills to keep up-to-date with market changes and improve bidding strategies
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Experience with online bidding platforms and IT industry knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
