Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Bidder specializing in software development projects, located in Nagpur. The Online Bidder will be responsible for researching and identifying potential project opportunities on various bidding platforms, preparing project proposals, and communicating with prospects and clients. The role involves analyzing project requirements, writing effective bid content, and maintaining client relationships through regular communication. Additionally, the Online Bidder will ensure adherence to timelines and contribute to the training of team members on bidding processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
  • Experience in providing Training and knowledge-sharing with team members
  • Prior experience with bidding platforms and software development projects is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
