.**Job Responsibilities Include**:

- Generating business through online portals like online freelancing portals like UpWork, GURU, Freelancer, etc.
- Must have experience with bidding sites like Upwork, Guru, Lead generator, Calling, drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, also coordinate with technical team.
- Must be able to make proposals and replies to the leads.
- Must have good Marketing skills, Expert in social media, Work individually & within the team.
- Must be able to conduct in depth market research about the clients in the targeted geography.

Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to win projects on Upwork and Fiverr.
- Analyze client requirements and tailor proposals to showcase our strengths and capabilities.

Stay abreast of changes in Upwork and Fiverr algorithms, policies, and trends.
- Optimize profiles and proposals to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and expectations.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing detailed and accurate information.
- Craft compelling and persuasive proposals that highlight our expertise and address client needs.
- Ensure proposals are well-written, error-free, and tailored to each specific project.
- Budgeting and Pricing:
**Skill-Set & Experience**:

- Must have Experience with UPWORK, GURU, PPH, FIVER bidding portals.
- Must have expertise on LinkedIn.
- Strong Communication, Presentation Skills.
- Convincing, Negotiation skills.
- Must have knowledge of Lead Generation and closure.
- Must have experience with Client Communication and Team handling.
- Expertise in writing Business Proposals will be a plus point.
- Project Management Skills.

**Education Qualification**: BE / B Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA
- Proven track record of at least 5 years as a successful Project Bidder on Upwork and Fiverr.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of freelancing platforms and their processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
