Job Responsibilities

Handling all the calls and room bookings for the reservations in the hotel.

Receive calls enquiring about room availability and rates.

Interacts extensively with the guest and travel agents regarding reservations and cancellations

To check on reservation activity list/ monthly charts.

Ensuring that the right rates are applied in system as per the contracted rates.

Filing the dockets, no shows, and complimentary bookings.

Assist Sales manager in day-to-day operations, thereby enhancing guest satisfaction.

Assist and maintain an efficient administration system within the department.
