**Job Title: Marketing Executive - Steel & Aluminum Casting**
**Location**: Mumbai & Pune, India
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel and aluminium casting sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to analyze competition, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the production and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Regularly update the management team on marketing activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in industrial marketing, preferably in the steel, aluminium, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Mumbai and Pune.

**Terms & Conditions**:

- The employee must maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical business practices while representing the company.
- Performance-based incentives will be calculated based on predefined targets, including new client acquisitions and revenue growth.
- The probation period will be 3 months, after which performance will be evaluated.
- Any confidential information related to company operations must not be disclosed to external parties.
- The company reserves the right to amend the terms of employment as necessary.

Pay: ₹30,260.87 - ₹61,232.52 per month
