Job Description for a Customer Service Role

**Responsibilities**:
**Overseeing the customer service process.** Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention via telephonic conversation.
**Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.**
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support, **Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.**
Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
**Requirements**:
**Freshers are welcome.** Decent communication skills. Shift Timings - 6 days working - Male - 24*7/Female Employees 7am-7pm Window
