**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate new business.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent analytical skills, enabling effective assessment of market trends and customer needs.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques, including cold calling and networking.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to conduct engaging product demos.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
