**Compensation**: Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
**About the Role**:
We are looking for motivated **Onboarding Agents** who can efficiently bring vendors, service providers, and partners onto our platform. This is a **target-driven role**, where your earnings depend on your performance. **High performers will earn lucrative incentives.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor/Service Provider Acquisition**: Identify, approach, and onboard businesses and professionals.
**Target Achievement**: Meet monthly onboarding targets—failure to meet targets will lead to deductions.
**Verification & Compliance**: Collect, verify, and upload all required documents.
**Education & Training**: Ensure new partners understand platform policies, pricing, and benefits.
**Profile Setup**: Assist vendors in setting up their profiles and optimizing their listings.
**Ongoing Support**: Address onboarding queries and resolve issues efficiently.
**Reporting & Feedback**: Maintain records and report daily/weekly progress.
**Performance-Based Incentives & Penalties**:
**Incentives**:
- Additional payout per successful onboarding.
- Bonus for exceeding monthly targets.
- Higher incentives for premium vendors or bulk onboarding.
**Requirements**:
Strong persuasion & negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM or onboarding tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
Willingness to travel locally for vendor meetings (if required).
