**PROJECT BILLING ENGINEER - PUNE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Billing Engineer must have the knowledge of estimation and cost
- Prepare measurement sheet from onsite data
- Get the bills certified from the client
- Prepare & process subcontractor bills
- To take the measurement from the site engineer
- Review of bills of quantities and item lists
- Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors
- Managing Billing Processes: Overseeing and managing all aspects of the billing process, including generating invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely billing.
- Maintaining and updating billing systems and software, ensuring data accuracy
- Preparing and presenting financial reports related to billing activities, including revenue reports, aging reports, and other financial metrics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth billing operations and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- To prepare Bills, quotations, Proforma Invoice
- Preparing MIS report & Computer documentation Coordination with Logistics and other departments
- Tracking outstanding payments and following up with clients for timely settlement, sending reminders, and coordinating with the accounts receivable team.
