**Key Responsibilities**

**Invoicing**:

- Generate accurate and timely invoices for products and services rendered.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents before invoice creation.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific billing requirements.

**Billing Coordination**:

- Collaborate with sales, production, and other relevant departments to gather necessary information for invoicing.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all billing transactions.
- Prepare and maintain billing documentation for auditing purposes.

**Client Communication**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to billing.
- Address and resolve billing-related issues or concerns raised by clients.

**Payment Processing**:

- Monitor and track payments received from clients.
- Reconcile payments with invoices and update financial records accordingly.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports summarizing billing activities, outstanding payments, and other relevant financial metrics.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations based on billing data.

**Desired Experience / Skill Sets**
- Proven experience as a Billing Executive or similar role in the packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
