**Job Title**: Distribution Salesman**Location**: Pune, Koregaon Park **Company**: Wine Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and distribute **company products to retailers, bars, and restaurants** while ensuring smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, **maintaining professional relationships and providing excellent customer service**.
- Assist retailers in **understanding product offerings, promotions, and sales strategies** to maximize sales.
- Ensure **timely order deliveries**, payment collections, and proper documentation.
- Monitor and report **stock levels, sales trends, and customer feedback** to the distribution manager.
- Identify new **sales opportunities and upsell products** where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with **company policies, invoicing procedures, and local regulations**.
- Work actively with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics and inventory management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Graduate (Any stream)** - Prior experience in FMCG, sales, or distribution is an advantage.
- **Good English communication skills** (both verbal and written).
- **Confident personality** with strong **presentation and negotiation skills**.
- **Active, energetic, and well-mannered behavior**, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to **handle cash, maintain records, and use basic software/tools** for sales tracking.
- **Valid driver’s license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)** is preferred.
- Willingness to **travel locally** and work flexible hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
