Profile introduction

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, or distributors within a designated geographic area.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while also identifying and prospecting new clients to expand market reach.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to develop sales strategies and tactics.
- **Product Promotion**: Plan and execute promotional activities such as product demonstrations, in-store displays, and advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- **Order Management**: Manage the entire sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels at customer locations and provide recommendations to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback, to management for review and decision-making.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree may be preferred for senior positions.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in FMCG sales, preferably with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with FMCG products, market dynamics, and distribution channels is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively engaging with customers, presenting products, and negotiating deals.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market data, interpret sales metrics, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to achieve sales objectives.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and business priorities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
