**Job Summary**:
**Job Description(Responsibilities and Duties)**:

- To get the payments from our customers in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the service team for installation and other documentary support needed to get payments
- Follow ups (Internal team and external clients/vendors)
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal both English and Hindi)
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

**Job Specification**:

- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience as an Customer Relationship Manager / Executive reporting directly to senior management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
