**Job Description** Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Hazardous waste operations team & Client Service Representatives on accounts; complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Salesforce Que
- acknowledge, work, and close cases in a timely manner
- Escalation of issues from stores
- Assist in fixing orders errors (Order creation errors or errors techs are receiving in the field)
- Assist in managing customer portals
- Submitting supply requests for fulfillment
- Submitting Early Service Requests, Off Cycle Requests, and Store Closing Requests through SharePoint
- Submitting Corporate Escalations and following up on the tracker
- Customer Reporting, Auditing of services for complete and accurate paperwork
- Assist with store closing communication and tracking of timely service

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or equivalent
