**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to resolve their queries, provide product information, and sell our products/services
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve their issues, and provide timely solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling our services to customers
- Follow up the clients till they reach the branch
- Update customer information in our database to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Adhere to our quality standards and procedures to ensure excellent customer service

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Time management and organization skills
- Any degree required
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work in weekends, Rotational weekoff, No festival holidays, Emergency leaves
- Timings will be 9am - 7pm in weekdays and weekends will be 9am - 8pm.
