**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, products, and services as per company requirements.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality goods.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
- Process purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to prevent shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices in procurement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,510.96 - ₹23,000.00 per month
