Job Opening Purchase Manager - Real Estate Industry Location Based Location - Panchkula Baddi Kasuli Salary 40 000 - 50 000 per month Negotiable based on experience Experience Required Minimum 5 Years in Real Estate Purchase We are looking for a highly skilled Purchase Manager with strong experience in the Real Estate Construction sector The ideal candidate will handle procurement of materials vendor management price negotiations and inventory planning to ensure smooth project execution Key Responsibilities Identify evaluate and finalize vendors for construction materials and services Negotiate prices payment terms and delivery schedules Maintain purchase records agreements and contracts Coordinate with project finance and site teams for material requirements Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards Track market trends prices and new product developments Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate Construction purchase Strong negotiation vendor management skills Knowledge of building materials electrical items plumbing interiors etc Experience in ERP Tally SAP if applicable Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects Benefits Competitive salary with annual increments Performance-based incentives Growth learning opportunities within the company Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
