**SCM / Purchase Executive - Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and organized **SCM / Purchase Executive** with 2-3 years of experience to manage **local procurement**, **import-export coordination**, **vendor development**, and day-to-day **supply chain operations**. This role is essential to ensuring timely sourcing and smooth material flow for our lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **local purchases** of raw materials, tools, and components.
- Coordinate with **suppliers, transporters, and freight forwarders.**:

- Manage **import-export documentation**, including Proforma Invoices, Purchase Orders, Packing Lists, and Shipping Bills.
- Assist in **vendor sourcing, negotiation, and development**:

- Track material deliveries and maintain **purchase records**:

- Evaluate supplier performance and cost-effectiveness
- Work closely with accounts and stores departments for **POs, GRNs**, and **inventory planning**:

- Ensure compliance with **import regulations** and **customs documentation**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in **SCM or purchasing** roles
- Understanding of **import-export processes** and related documentation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and follow up effectively
- Familiarity with **customs clearance processes** and freight handling
