- To lead the data science department and be responsible for overseeing activities of the data science / analytics team.**Role & Responsibilities**
- Ensure proper execution of duties and alignment with the business’s overall vision.
- Create new data sciences capabilities for the business by envisioning and executing strategies.
- Proactively work with business and various departmental heads in order to provide advanced analytics data modeling systems.
- Design and launch innovative and complex analytic models, utilizing a blend of contemporary and traditional data mining techniques, to both structured and unstructured data sets.
- Leads the development of big data capabilities and utilization as well as the coordination of cross-functional analytic initiatives.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Sound organizational and decision-making skills.

**Experience**:

- _Minimum 10 - 14 years of work experience in data science projects _

**Qualification**:

- Any Graduate and Post-Graduation in Human Resources/ Management from reputed or recognized university
