The major job responsibilities would be:

- Statutory Compliance Coordination of payment of PF & ESI.
- Operating ESI & PF Portal online.
- Handling PF & ESI matters Like Submission of every month Returns, Half Yearly returns, Yearly Returns with Govt Dept.
- Processing & preparing of the statutory forms and registers.
- Submission of ESI and PF forms Declarations / returns.
- Preparing Challan for all statutory compliance.
- Getting statutory audits done related to labour laws.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in handling statutory compliance.
- Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Soft Skills:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle audits and regulatory inspections confidently.

Performance Metrics:

- Timely and accurate submission of all statutory returns and payments.
- Zero penalties or non-compliance notices from regulatory authorities.
- Positive audit outcomes with mínimal discrepancies.

This role is critical in maintaining a compliant and ethical workplace environment, safeguarding the organization from legal risks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
