Receptionist Telephone Operator

**Front Desk Management**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
- Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.
**Telephone Operations**:
- Handle and route incoming and outgoing calls efficiently using **EPABX/EPBX systems**.
- Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
- Record and relay messages accurately to concerned individuals or departments.
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage courier services, postal deliveries, and outgoing mail.
- Maintain an organized schedule for meeting rooms and appointments.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks as required by the management.
**Client Interaction**:
- Address client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Educational Qualification**:
- Graduate in any discipline.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a receptionist or telephone operator in a professional setting.
- Hands-on experience with EPABX/EPBX systems is mandatory.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in EPBAX/EPBX software & MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant demeanor and professional attitude.
