Founded in 2011, the decade-long journey of ClearTax defines growth. Starting with just 3 tech products related to tax and filing, we now build mobile and web-based SaaS products for invoices, taxes, payments, and credit and augment them with strong advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Transaction Processing**:

- Handle end-to-end processing of mutual fund transactions including purchase, redemption, switches, and systematic investment plans (SIPs).
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all mutual fund-related activities.
- ** Reconciliation and Reporting**:

- Perform daily reconciliation of mutual fund holdings, NAVs, and transaction records with fund houses and custodians.
- Prepare and maintain detailed MIS and regulatory reports.
- ** Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and compliance requirements in all operational activities.
- Verify and maintain accurate client documentation as per KYC/AML norms.
- ** Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Coordinate with fund houses, RTA (Registrar & Transfer Agents), brokers, and clients for transaction and query resolution.
- Assist the sales and advisory teams in resolving operational issues.
- ** System and Process Management**:

- Operate and manage transaction systems efficiently to ensure process integrity.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
- ** Audit and Risk Management**:

- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and operational data.
- Ensure risk controls are implemented and adhered to within the operations function.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- ** Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- ** Certifications**: Must have cleared:

- ** NISM-Series-X-A: Investment Adviser (Level 1)**
- ** NISM-Series-X-B: Investment Adviser (Level 2)**
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Familiarity with mutual fund transaction platforms and software (e.g., MF Utility, NSE MFSS).
- ** Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
